Contact, and the right office for each question

This site is run without a mailbox, a phone number or a postal address, and it has no say over any exam. We cannot approve an application, move a test date, refund a fee or explain a result. The people who can are listed below, body by body, followed by what to do if a page seems to be mistaken.

NSCA: CSCS and TSAC-F

  • Registration, eligibility, transcripts and extensions: the NSCA, under the rules of its handbook.
  • Seats, rescheduling and problems on the day: Pearson VUE, which runs the test centers and, for the TSAC-F, the online sessions.
  • Score reports: at the test center right after the exam, then in your Pearson VUE account after 24 hours.
  • CEUs and renewal: the NSCA again, before the current cycle closes.

ACSM: ACSM-EP and ACSM-CEP

  • Applications, audits and eligibility questions: ACSM; every CEP application is reviewed before scheduling, and the candidate handbook explains how.
  • Scheduling: Pearson VUE, for test centers or OnVUE online sessions, once your testing window opens.
  • Recertification and CECs: ACSM (recertification).

BOC: the athletic trainer exam

  • Application and endorsement: the Board of Certification, through your BOC profile; your program director endorses you. Deadlines are on the candidates page.
  • Test sites: Meazure Learning, within the window you registered for.
  • Results and certification maintenance: your BOC profile (maintain certification).
  • Permission to practice: the athletic training board of your state, which is separate from the BOC.

If a fact or an answer seems off

  • Table facts: each row has a numbered note pointing to the Sources list at the foot of the page, with a link to the document and the day we read it. A newer version of that document overrides us.
  • Practice answers: find the domain printed on the question card in the exam’s current content outline. Every question went through a second review; still, the outline and the references the body cites are what count on exam day.
